The RavenBrook Group is a limited liability company headquartered in Arizona with a national reach. We have been servicing our clients nationwide with much success over the years. Our goal is to bring significant risk management resources to small to mid size business, primarily in the areas of safety, staff relations and building strong customer service practices.

Melody Welton, Chief Executive Officer
Melody Welton founded The RavenBrook Group to fill the need for small - medium size businesses to engage strong risk management support within their operations. This is especially significant in the areas of safety, claims management, employee relations and developing customer service strategies. These are generally unidentified "risks" that often translate to liabilities on profit and loss statements.
Her expertise lies in the long-term healthcare industry, having successfully provided risk management services for large national companies as well as regional and smaller providers. Melody also has extensive experience with small manufacturing and warehousing operations, in addition to a variety of service-related businesses including hospitality and food services.
She has also successfully developed education and training programs, tailoring them to fit each client's particular needs and specific, measurable objectives. Melody strongly encourages the individualized approach which promotes employee ownership of company identity and culture.
With over 18 years in the healthcare industry, in positions ranging from employee to director, in worker's compensation, as both a claims examiner and claims manager, to providing consulting services through an insurance broker, Melody has developed singular expertise and vision for the issues and needs of service providers. The depth of her experience has given Melody the unique ability to immediately assess risk positions and create specific cost-effective strategies, guaranteed to produce significant positive results for each client.
